I agree with you about the simplicity. It does borderline on abstract and yes, the unfinished freshness is an element that cannot be disturbed to much. I plan to work it further with these things in mind. Thanks for your comments….

It’s wonderful just as it is – the ‘unfinished’ sections are so integrated with the painted sections. The dark color fields/washes have such natural forces flowing within them. Very nice. I think this can stand ‘unfinished’.
